Where is your evidence of violent clashes where this old man was? The only violent clash evident at the time was the man getting pushed.

Do you know what the old man said or asked of the police? He may have wanted directions to the bus stop. I guess we'll never know but he'll be demonized here for having the audacity to speak to a policeman.
