That would be $48 mil Aus market cap (24mil Aus for 50% - multiplied by 2 for 100% of the company =48million market cap).
That would be around 9.5/10 cents per share. Not saying the market will automatically run this same maths, but just an idea in terms of the scale of this.

It may go this high, or it may not. Just banking on Stuart and Scott to get the deal done. Stuart certainly has a knack for this kind of stuff. His resume speaks volumes.
