Yep - I'd be interested to see if they're doing alternative pain assessment methods or none at all... I'll wait for the next quarterly before emailing PD, see what COVID brought us in terms of assessments.

all well and good saying no churn, but if government pull funding due to KPMG saying not enough usage, then I have no doubt we'd start seeing churn.

I know from speaking to a nurse manager at one home that their whole team needed re-training as the company (Not PCK, the home), didn't offer them enough and didnt push usage... IMO this becomes the job of David's team, increasing education and usage of the app.
