    Earlier in this thread Vintage mentioned again the importance of cash and fully-owned IP.

    This should not be under-estimated. Prior to the rights issue, SBN was in all kinds of strife, because it didn't have any cash and didn't actually have any assets (Dr. Sun had a charge over everything). Now that transaction has been finalised, SBN is in infinitely better shape.

    Just something to think about!
