If you suffer from malaria or lupus, it shouldn't be a problem as there is no supply shortage in Australia.
If your concern is COVID-19 related, your doctor is probably aware of the Australian TGA regulations regarding prescribing it.
Even if they're not "lefty Trump hatters" (sic), they're probably also aware of the results from Oxford University's Clinical Trial, published 2 days ago, stating "No Benefit".
