So I have just been advised all Peet WA land stock will be under contract within 40 days at current sale rates. Wow!
This is really unbelievable. Just praying I can get in tomorrow under $1.10.
I expect Stockland and Cedar Woods to take off also. Stockland has more exposure to commercial property markets, so i'll be staying away from them.
