ha yeah it's a bit shabby isn't it. my reading is the CEO of that company has spanked the interns into assessing the literature and putting out this terrible copy on a bad journal. looks like it's a company that focuses on online educational tutorials.
can't really guess the motivation. I love how bad it is though.
