Surely they can just dump Besalco for breech of contract and engage new contractor... then continue with arbitration to recover lost production (even 20% settlement would do)... at least we would have some IO happening...
I think we should also seriously consider getting enough votes to spil the board and management at next opportunity and get some people on the mgt team that can manage this company properly.
