You did not answer whether you think IPM directors are overpaid?

Why else would the directors pay an unfranked dividend and subsequently have to do capital raisings. The dividends have not been all from retained earnings. If they were, they might have paid some tax perhaps and they would be franked maybe.

You pat them on the back for unfranked dividends.

Anyway don't explain it, just pretend going on you know everything and your opinion is the right one. Thanks for your help mate. You might know alot more then myself but you like everyone else is losing money in this market. You are just more astute but not exactly raking it in apart from them unfranked dividends.
