so as I see it: the company goes into VA, the letters of demand will start flying in to accelerate the process then the secured creditors are lining up to sell Hammersely Iron as secured creditors they get 100% of their secured loans paid back. they won't negotiate as they own the majority of the loans to the company.
There has been an indirect offer for Hammersely I am aware of, perhaps this is formalised this week... will keep you all posted.
