Just on a side note.... it is Brewer you want to sue ...not the company as both are no longer associated. I would encourage those eager to jump the gun to do some research with the current board via phone or email.
Secondly do not assume that the company is currently in voluntary admin based on what you read on this forum ( without any solid proof that is )...
IF the current board is able to jump the hurdles this company could bring back some value in the future for the shareholders ( any amount would be better than none)
however if actions are taken just for the sake of revenge than the shareholders will definitely loose out.
