I noted the use of the term 'independantly' in the announcement. This means that their patent useing the DPMG process to achieve single crystal cathodes is valid. Useing a different technique to arrive at the same outcome is interesting as it begs the question which is the better and I suspect the DPMG will prove the better. Maybe I am just biased but as I said before Obrovac keeps a firm eye on scaleability. From Tesla's perspective they will have 2 pathways to choose from.
