    That sounds very likely, Clark.

    Surely parties in the know in this scenario are open to legal challenge.

    Assuming this scenario is highly likely, the next question is, "Which lawyer would take up the cause for a "reasonable" amount?" .... or am I dreaming? or worse, deluded and all of this is somehow OK by the letter of the law?
