Understand that the raising at 40 cents came not because of the virus, poor share price environment or anything to do with tough times...........the CR came because they did not wait ONE DAY, one day, for market reaction to the news.

Any reference to the virus and the reason the SP today is just over 40 cents today.....is incorrect - well unless you think the share price would not have moved higher, following that blockbuster release.



I too have grave concerns about what lays ahead - not for the science behind the drug but any sort of deal they can put together. This ASX announcement, or words to the same effect worries the hell out of me.... and is not at all beyond the realms : NOTE Draft just for discussion only

The company has great pleasure to advise of a partnering deal with Swiss based Roche/ Genentech to further development our novel PI3k brain cancer drug Paxalisib .Under the terms of the deal, Karia Therapeutics, will receive an up front amount of US$20m, with milestone and royalties, should the drug receive FDA approvals. These details and other terms of deal, shall remain confidential.

Genentech will have full rights to market the drug around the world.

We anticipate, following the positive results achieved so far, that drug approval may be forthcoming in 2024.

Kazia is delighted with this arrangement, considering our 2017 buy in of Paxalisib for US$5m.

Scary stuff, but not all all beyond the realms. I have seen major disappointments like this before, where the issue lies with Mgment.

So why am I doing this. Go back a few weeks to many, posts of mine, presented here. I am not going through it all again now. Get it clear in your mind, that changes need to be made to the Board now..... Before its loo late.

Write to the company and suggest that the Chairman be replaced. That is where the blame mostly lies ( re my earlier posts)
