This might actually be worse than it looks, if that is at all inhumanly possible.
If the consolidation happens prior to the 70m issue to this 'consortium', then effective shares on issue are just around 25m, so management are valuing the company as it stands at less that $30k.
So I actually stand to lose my remaining estimated $150, not $240.
A consort of thieves perhaps?
How long will we have to wait before one of the consort spivs joins us on the KML threads and starts to praise the deal?
KML is thankful of rescue by 'the consortium'. Things must be bad. One would think that KML is about to go into administration, but then hang on.....there it is.... $70k. Not a huge sum.
On a happier note, the directors are under the illusion that KML currently has an "existing core business in the Mineral sector".
Of course if they HAD A CORE BUSINESS, they would not be so desperate for the POTENTIAL of a new project.
