how much experience/time have you spent walking around in an ICU ward? My guess is zero. So why do you think you should give your opinion on something you know nothing about. Go to a hospital talk to a few icu doctors and find out how many of them can express clearly how much pain they are in. My sister was in ICU for months after a terrible car accident, trust me, she was in no condition to verbalize her "gold standard' pain voice! Fool.
