Too right they did - spent $42,120,358 AUD in the period 1 July 2007 to 30 September 2008.

Will be interesting to read the audited Financials to see what the carrying value of the CVI assets are as 31 Dec 2008.

Also looking forward to what the accounts reflect by way of related party transactions (have a read of the Auditors qualification on page 25 of the 2007 Annual Report - the Financial Statements were qualified on the basis that not enough evidence was supplied to the Auditors to ascertain the recoverabilty of certain assets and as such they can not express an opninion as to whether the Financial Statements comply with the Corporations Act - one wonders what the Auditors did for their $35,000 in fees).
