Nothing to stop anyone from participating .... PLL stock available to be bought at US$6.30 as I type. I bought the equivalent of my ASX holding and then some .... all at US$6.50 with a further bid below should it happen trade down that far.

All a matter of how the additional capital is going to be put to use. When plans of an ADDITIONAL chemical plant were floated as opposed to just the integrated mine/chemical plant ... did y'all think that was for free?

Identify what is the long term value of the asset(s) that we, at this time, own 100% of. It's just as "easy" to dilute asset ownership as it is to print (issue) additional stock.

US$6.50/0.7 = AUD$9.3 = $0.093 per ASX share is my equivalent purchase in AUD terms and ignores future FX movement. Wouldn't be terribly surprised if PLL.AX drops below $0.09

As @hkhf has noted by reading the prospectus filed with the offering, the company expects "to have sufficient cash flow to operate for the next 12 months and to maintain adequate liquidity to satisfy working capital requirements". Commercial production is still some time in the future ... and will require further capital. The only question(s) are how much and the method of "dilution" (asset sale or share issue). The Cash Flow referenced is Cash Flow from Financing is what comes in and Cash Flow for Investing and Operations is what goes out.

Has the opportunity changed .... lots of TSLA/EV bulls here ...
