I believe that sdl will be ontime for shipping of the product by 2012 ,in order to do that funding has to be in place soon as contruction is due to start in 2009 .

With that in mind, sdl have moved ahead as scheduled and funding ie offtakers and mou will be announced before year end.

Regardless as to the state of the world at the moment demand for ore is still there and with major infrastructure spending in the emerging markets, it won t be long before the world and media start to push forward, we need to stay ahead of the curve, im sure the smart money will see this: )
