The way that Kevin Lewis and ASX treated ISX, a similar “fin tech” company to Z1P might worry Larry Diamond, esp, the way the ISX founder John Karantzis had his company’s shares suspended and a Court case, ASIC investigation that resulted many months past.
Kevin Lewis retires on June 30. his replacement could be worse. If Z1P are not paying attention to this ISX case, perhaps they should be?
Regulation in Australia is taking a different approach, it does not hold back.
