I dont know..in the current market, what would it take to improve the SP? Even major oilers are deffering projects because of the low oil price. One strategy could be to build up a production base, during these tough times, and then when investors come back they may notice a very undervalued share and jump on fast. Or maybe thats wishfull thinking. The oil companies only want money now!
