He said that he was concerned that ELK may not survive the current economic crisis and that he was frustrated as a shareholder with the apparent inaction of the board in securing c02 and progressing their plans.He also wanted to know if shareholders would be offered the opportunity to participate in any capital raising.

Peter Power assured him that ELK was in a very good position and definately not about to disappear and that capital raising was not the preferred way forward they would be seeking to farm in on each project.
