Today's announcement means that Novonix is obviously getting ready for major announcements, like supply agreements, expansion of the existing PUREgraphite plant and opening new ones, commercialisation and Royalties from their two new patents the Dry Particle Microgranulation and Single Crystal Cathode DPMG breakthroughs.
This announcement today ensures that the US and Canadian Institutional Investors and private with big dollars can invest in Novonix much easier. Novonix is already listed in the Frankfurt Stock exchange for European investors......very clever!
If Novonix confirms at this Webinar this Friday, that they will spin off the Single Crystal Cathode and Dry Particle Microgranulation breakthrough patents into a new ASX company, that would be absolutely spectacular!
