So the price of the shares under the SPP will be the closing share price of LCK from last Friday, Tuesday, Wed, Thursday and Friday this week.
These are the last 5 trading days (Monday was public holiday).... then averaged out and reduced by 20%
You would have rocks in your head to jump the gun to buy any shares under the SPP until Friday so you know if the share price gets manipulated again.
