    I like It Folks !!

    And apart from the obvious ' Nearology ' is gold excitement around the DEG Hemi find , it's the potential all about the Iron Ore project here for me. Namely on the basis that should we be able to package it up to someone in a similar fashion as say CAZ did with it's Parker Range tenements.

    And the comparison's are ' strikingly similar ' with the potential sale foreshadowed in the Strategic Review just yesterday and with these statements by CZR's ' New ' Managing Director and CEO Rob Ramsay per below.

    And what better way to make your ultimate mark by brokering a deal which potentially might net you additional funds in excess of $20 million in order to focus more on it's Gold Potential. Either way , it's absolutely brilliant to have ' Twin ' Projects in TWO of the hottest current commodities firing at exactly the same time. Brilliant Play !!.....smile.png with limited downside risk at these current valuations.

    " CZR decided to conduct the review in light of the strong iron ore price and the outstanding explorationpotential at its Croydon gold project, which is also in the Pilbara.

    Yarraloola hosts the Robe Mesa deposit, which has a JORC Resource 89Mt grading 53.7 per cent Fe,including a high-grade component of 24.7Mt at 56 per cent Fe. (see ASX release dated April 26, 2017).It is located less than 100km from the coast and is close to road infrastructure.

    The Robe resource was last upgraded in 2017 and remains open in parts. However, the subsequentfall in iron ore prices prompted CZR to suspend work on the project

    CZR Managing Director Rob Ramsay said there is potential to create substantial value for shareholdersfrom the Robe Mesa deposit in a way which enables the Company to capitalise on the asset, while atthe same time not restricting the ability to continue advancing the Croydon gold project

    So what would it net CZR if we compare the $20 million received by CAZ from MIN given the comparative project ' specification's ' and resource seemingly very very similar..... if not materially larger with respects to CZR's package. Very Handy indeed........wink.png

    The Project - CAZ ( Parker Range )

    The PRIOP is a fully owned project hosting a near mine-ready iron ore deposit located in the Yilgarnof Western Australia. Key features of the project include an ultra-low Phosphorous haematite orelocated close to major infrastructure and with key approvals to mine in place. The project has aProven and Probable Ore Reserve of 31.4Mt targeting an iron ore fines product grading 56.4% Fe(61.9% calcined Fe) and 0.02% P, 6.0% SiO2 and 2.50% Al2O3 defined1. Refer ASX Releases:“Parker Range Project Update” 12th May 2011 and “Quarterly Report for June 2011”.

    Cazaly completed a supplementary DFS (S-DFS) option in 2011 which dealt with a single caseshipping 4.2Mtpa iron ore via Esperance Port into Cape sized vessels

    Capex costs relative to the original S-DFS were reduced by ~23% from $169.50m to $130m with thepotential to be further lowered. Major reductions were made in removing the accommodation villageand utilising planned third party camp facilities. Further savings are possible by re-configuring loadout facilities and supporting infrastructure and in the construction of rail loops and mine site basednon-process infrastructure. Opportunities also exist to further greatly reduce these costs as follows;

    • Wet plant construction can be delayed by ~2 years and be accounted for from projectcashflow giving an upfront saving of ~$20m, and

    • Significant savings are possible through securing second hand process plant equipmentwhich is currently available in the market place.

    Opex costs were also reduced relative to the S-DFS from ~$55.29/t to ~$48.85/t largely related tolower mining, logistics and owner related costs whilst incorporating new costs for accommodation.Discussions were also held with the Shire of Yilgarn who confirmed their ongoing support for theproject.
