That is why it is falling now, because they are diluting the stock. It was a bad management decision or a really good way for someone to get rich quick depending on which way you look at it.

This stock has potential to get to $5 within the next couple of months but long term I will not hold it. Their decision to give this at such a high discount to an institution tells me that their management doesnt have the right head screwed on.
