Once our empty-suite, mandarin-speaking rudd allows the Chinese to buy into key Australian resource companies on the cheap as he seems to be doing then it is quite unlikely that there will ever be a supercycle again.
It does not take much ownership of Australian mining assets to destroy our ability to set prices for our resources.
I wonder what else we think that we have of value in a competitive world market...
