Great idea toosoon, but how? The market cap for ADY as it stands today, at 1c a share, is about $11.3 million. Also, how do you do any capital raising when your share price is 1 cent? Correct me if I am wrong, you would need to issue 3.6 billion shares (!) at 1c per share to raise the 36 million. The numbers just don't add up. The purchase of Rincon by an entity with sufficient cash seems to me to be the only way.
