Spoke to Oleg via email.
Initially I believe he assumed I was another annoying Johnny come lately shareholder. In his defence the email came across as that too. After some clarification he was very receptive.
The conversation in summary is that they are not concerned with any shareholder large or small selling and that essentially their actions will do the talking and that SP growth will come with time. They will not waste time seeking an off market trade for Regal and their clients. Their focus is solely on finalising contracts and further development of products to customer requirements.
As to the point of buying more shares on market Oleg was adamant that they have plenty of "skin in the game" and that they are fully committed to furthering the Co's current path.
Overall I'm ok with the brief discussion and may catch up with them in Sydney next time I'm there.
Still holding. Still Long. Still looking to buy more if Regal clients want to crystallise their loses pre-tax time.
