I would think about buying but it seems the price at the moment of $20 may be a little steep for me. based on my required returns.
Can any1 give me some information on how they came to their value for share at the moment for CCP? my valuation with a safety of margin is like $15 per share but it seems that ship has sailed. What would it take in the near term for the $15 per share to come about, and at current price today of its market cap, what would be the expected growth and forward discount rate people are getting? thanks
