Interesting call @baldybynumbers , I'm a bit confused as I definitely thought it was TCI selling off ~12% for a profit to existing SP (pending trading strategy as they bought higher), get the SP up, knowingly the company isn't worth anywhere near that low and lure in suitors that'd pay way over their 'apparent, market goss' asking price of $1.10.
For my opinion, which granted is worth bugger all..... absolute no chance investors will take the OT offer at the same price of the buy in...IFN was 80c pre CoVid, AC are a predator and FIRB will be on to it... IFN have come so far in 2 years with the addition of gas peakers, external off-takes, capital lite, and future developments, , they will not have that. Stay strong all
