How do you come to that conclusion when it is noted in the Annual report that they haven't even commissioned the equipment yet, I'm no expert but surely you have to commission first before you can wind up to full capacity?, lets hope it is by August, still seems desperate that you would announce a follow on order from an existing cllient though
