I also took the opportunity to question her on when can we expect the 1.2m volcan debt be paid and I was having no BS fed to me from the company. She has informed me that they are “working really hard” to ensure the debt will be paid by the end of the uear, and she also mentioned that there will be a turnaround of this company within the next 3 months and I told her we heard this over and over again as we shareholders did not believe anything they say, and she said she didnt expect to believe it as she acknowledged their past history of the company ethics!
I also told her how can they justify that they bringing in revenue as there is more expenses than revenue coming in and she has assured me that this is something they working on to reduce the expenses considerably, let’s see where this leads in coming quarters!
I literally told her ENOUGH IS ENOUGH as we shareholders are totally pee’d with the BODs with continuous BS which Marion fully acknowledge and she claims this is going to change, so again lets see what changes are they going to make in the upcoming months!!!
She did say they are looking put out a company update very soon, whatever “soon” means!
I will post an update once Marion calls me tomorrow.

I have lodged my complaint with ASX this morning regarding the governance around this company, and I have also stated the issues aroubd their voluntary suspension does not give any useful information to shareholders as it is the same message for the last 5 noticess, why not state the exact reason for the delay. I also told ASX that I spoke to the COO yesterday and she could not tell me what the exact reason was for the delay as she said “she could not tell me more”!
I encourage shareholders to lodge your complaints on ASX. By posting your gripe on HC will not help as it needs to be done through the official channels of the ASX.
