Hard to see house prices coming off too much with a yoy undersupply, interest rates falling yada,yada,yada. Its not like we have a ready source of cheap labour (Mexicans) that can create oversupply conditions. Might see more pronounced falls in the resource boom towns and Perth. when interest rates fall to 3-4% i'll be locking that in!
