I hope there are some opportunities in the future for us to run the ruler over.. Fixation, St Andrew’s Beach Brewery and Hop Nation are some that come to mind. St Andrew’s Beach brew some amazing beers and have a neat restaurant/bar near Fingal.
Hop Nation equally has an awesome outfit and seems to have some established restaurant connections.
Interested to hear peoples thoughts on the comparison between these and Gage, and whether Gage are in the position to acquire (considering some restrictions have been lifted and seems as tho the need to order food with a drink could deter people from simply having a drink).
