it is really not considered price sensitive and therefore not requiring an ASX announcement. I do however think that the management should be sending shareholders a monthly/quarterly note on what is happening - I guess however that it is now the litigation funder/lawyers that are calling the shots - CHM managemnt are probably only interested in the financial outcome (i.e. settlement).
