    This is a little strange??


    1. The reason for the voluntary suspension is to enable the Company to manage its
    continuous disclosure obligations with respect to the potential acquisition and capital
    raising.
    2. The Company requests the voluntary suspension until the earlier of:
    a. the release of an announcement with respect to the potential acquisition and
    capital raising; and
    b. the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 12 June 2020
