Medtel needed the call centre and without that, the agreement was terminated. Call Centre was half a million by memory to get up and running/operate
Zingtel was a one year contract by memory and never made sense to me but I think you will find the deal was arranged by someone who no longer works for GMV but that is just my opinion and I wont go into anymore than that.
