If RIO were to apply for the foreign investment application to exceed 15% ownership of EXT, would we be notified through an ASX announcement when the application was made or only find out when it was a fait accompli either way?
I am also very happy with the news as I felt we were losing out with the merger the way it was.
I wonder whether this mornings sellers sold because of the cancellation of the merger or just because the market in general was so poor.
