I am trying to remain realistic with so many new traders entering the market and all in an election year for the US.
It seems way too many believe it is impossible to lose money on some shares when nothing could be further than the
truth.
Runs from one price to the next level were easy but the push further north is so much harder imo.
And what happens when we go ex dividend next time? No reason to buy now many will say and down we go?
Will we see a repeat of last year or even worse?
Had AF not purchased when he did would shares have fallen further? I thought they would have looking at charts.
There are also shares other than FMG to invest or trade in and some have sold a few and diversified their portfolios as well.
Nothing wrong with that when too many eggs are held in one basket and they have been held there for quite a while.
A trend can change and China can spend money on all sorts of infrastructure and use less IO if the price becomes too high
for them. I have also feared a second wave of this virus worldwide for a long time.
If we start seeing lower lows and lower highs it would be telling in my opinion but let Mr Market be the judge.
We do have brokers with strong sells on FMG. Just who do we listen too?
