Ballpark figure is around $500M NET to BBI for 50% of DBCT.
$1 Billion NET if they sell 100%.
They are the figures being thrown around. This is an asset a lot of people would love to have as it only comes up for sale in very rare circumstances (like now). Whoever buys it will probably sit on it for a very long time as it's a cash cow.
It will bring a very good price.
A pity it will be sold, but if it ensures a leaner and stronger BBI going forward, so be it.
