No I can't. If I could I would never have invested in AIS.
Most SPP tend to drift back (or under) whatever the SPP price is. It is easy money for most shareholders to sell part or all their holding at a price above 3c and buy back for 3c. It is also pretty common for the SP to get below the SPP price - why pay 3c if you can buy for 2.8c on market.
