    mmm Yes i can understand your well meaning thats for sure .

    How we go forward may differ .

    There is a time where you have look like many also in society that its not the government that can make the change to the individual .

    Its safety nets there for sure as a just society should .

    But it is up to the individual to abide by laws we all have endure .

    And to make them changes themselves .

    For me the biggest issue is crime committed and if you cant as an individual make that transition with the safety nets we have in society what else can you do ?

    You have administer punishment for crime to protect society and also to help the individual change their ways ?

    No land has been lawless through history for any duration of time .

    Perhaps though it was less just to the criminal element thats for sure .

    For me the way forward is through the individuals themselves changing their ways .

    No amount of grouping of like minded people be it of race or what ever will become accepted for who they are if they cant transition as individuals to not accept crime .

    It will end in a perpetual life of the majority being dragged down .
