Theres some very enticing offers from bank managers at present, who would have thought 5% fixed 10 years capped up only :)))
Seems to me those smarter enough to realise where we are in the interest rate cycle will know "THATS GOLD"

- Accumulate cash shares into lows
- Offset for capitulation at say 40% leverage
