Ann: James Dack Appointed as Executive Director, page-23

Have read the Ann a few times and MNS have got the press release very very wrong IMO. James Dack is a Blue Chip acquisition to MNS.. his achievements in SALES in multiple fields is world class and he would have a black book that few could compete with ( one client being Malcome Turnbull) .. not sure why they put fluff into the release its actually not required at all for a bloke with a cracking resume.

This is why you pay sign on bonuses - to attract talent that have a proven track record of SALES.

Just my opinion but i don't need a ED that can design a battery or build a mine.. MNS need a bloke that can sell the dream to investors. and get an actual deal over the line..
