this is a marginal business.
example:
100 customer spending $1000. Total transaction $100,000
revenue 4% gives $4000.
now with 2% bad debt my interpretation is that 2 out of those 100 customers hit the $1,000 threshold and bye bye. This $2,000 or 50% of revenue it is massive.
