For the first time the service was completed on time with an itemised account. Even the tyres had been blackened.

For the first time my car was handed back to me in a freshly cleaned and washed condition.

For the first time they gave me a voucher to a nearby cafe for a free mug of capuccino.

I don't see much point in car dealers having a showroom full of new cars, all the same model. One is enough, if you like it you order it in the clour and configuration you want and that is it.

This "instant" world is costing us all money.
