So I bought some more entitlements today and it is showing in my broker Comsec that the settlement for the transaction includes not only the money for PENRC at 0.003 but also full application money on 18/06/2020
This a full amount e.g. 7.1cents times the Number of rights I bought

So based on: https://www.asx.com.au/research/announcements/status_notes.htm , where I inserted PEN dates,

Securities are traded cum rights until the Ex Rights date. Trading in the Rights securities begins on the morning of the Ex Rights date <<9th of June Tuesday>> and ends at the close of business on the Rights Trade Cease date <<17th June Wednesday >>. The renounceable Rights are traded on a deferred settlement basis until the day <<15th of June Monday>> after the Rights securities are despatched to clients.

So day when Rights securities are dispatched to clients must be the 12th of June - today?

The bottom line I expect PENRC bought on market this week to become PEN sometime next week.
