One potential solution may be to raise a lot of money at a deep discount, pay Lind's money back and replace the management. Not easy but this would give a new start IMO. For example, raise $5 million at 0.2c (which means doubling the number of shares at the current market price of 0.4c).
The current path is not sustainable anyway. The company has no cash and keeps issuing shares at a discount to pay its debt back to Lind.
