Well the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Industry, Mr Kobchai Sangsitisawat said publicly after the hearing they expect a decision within 7-8 months, so I think we should expect anything within the next 3-6 months unless there's a settlement before.
The problem with ISDS stats is they don't go into the specific circumstances of each case. Just think about our case, the hearing was delayed 4 months because of protests in Hong Kong. A lot goes on from when a dispute is initiated and timing varies between cases for various reasons.
